Our "On Demand" one-to-one training is directed more towards the individual needs and professional experiences of the participant(s) than is possible in an open course or tailored solution.
We carry out an initial Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to ensure that we have an understanding of the needs and requirements of the training and your approach, learning style and needs. Then we create a specific solution to meet those needs and deliver it at either our training suite or on your premises.
